Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) involves spending time with horses, learning groundwork exercises and caring for them. Through interactions with the horses, and observing how the horses respond to us, participants will experience great growth and profound healing.
It provides opportunities for the students to, not only engage with the horses, but the facilitator as was well. The facilitator will encourage the development of new skills that can then be applied to other life situations.
